Kuroi Island- The Black Isle/Mainland

Kuroi is the mainland of the Circle of Color, the largest of the Islands. From here you can access all three of the Color Islands. This islet is tinted with black and is home to very scarce dark Pokemon. Like the other Color Islands, there are very little people and a Gym Leader. But unlike the others, there is no Legendary Bird resting at the top of its respective Mountain and is not considerered one of my three Color Islands. Here is also the only PokeCenter and the PokeMart in the Circle of Color.
